Why?
Because, in our opinion, both the Michigan legislature and courts, have been very one-sided in their rulings on these cases for years. They work very hard to protect doctors, hospital chains, and insurance companies – not the injured victims. Again this is just our opinion, but we feel very strongly about this topic.
